To deal with Tourism enquiries from Tourist;
To handle complaints from tourists relating to tourism;
To transfer complaints and suggestions from tourists relating to other industries;
To handle the rental of meetings and exhibition facilities subordinate to MGTO by citizens or organizations.
To handle the enquiry of tourism statistics.
To issue license to firms that pertain to the field of tourism industry.
The Performance Pledge working group of MGTO is responsible for supervising the Services and examining the Service Level on a regular basis.
Suggestions and Complaints
Tourists, tourism industry and citizens are welcome to give their opinions on the services offered by MGTO and to lodge complaints against any unsatisfactory services.
